On the evening of June 23, during the 17th Annual Meeting of the New Champions (2026 Dalian Summer Davos Forum), Prime Minister Milojko Spajić of Montenegro took the initiative to contact Director Zhang Jingxuan and made a special trip to the Century Echo · World Music Culture Museum in Dalian for a visit and research tour.

During the visit, Prime Minister Spajić expressed great admiration for the museum’s rich and diverse collection of musical art treasures from multiple countries, fully acknowledged its global influence in music‑culture dissemination, and highly commended Director Zhang Jingxuan for his long‑term commitment to people‑to‑people cultural diplomacy and his efforts in presenting China’s cultural confidence to the world.

The two sides held in‑depth discussions on music diplomacy and jointly participated in a music salon at the museum. They agreed that music serves as a borderless medium of exchange and that this museum, which brings together rare musical treasures from around the world, is an important bridge connecting civilizations and deepening friendship between China and other countries. The exchange lasted until 23:40, and Prime Minister Spajić, still deeply engaged, proposed on the spot to establish long‑term and regular cultural cooperation with the museum, and sincerely invited Director Zhang Jingxuan to visit Montenegro for cultural exchanges at an appropriate time in the future.

During the Davos forum, over 300 New Champions visited the World Music Culture Museum, where they gained a deeper understanding of China, perceived Liaoning, and fell in love with Dalian through the universal language of music.
